i know i agree with the consensus but i consider myself a clara oswald expert so im gonna post my reasoning anyway: she is such a 7w8 its insane. i cant even fathom how you’d get type 6 from her, i don’t think we’re watching the same show. mbti was trickier, but i think she’s basically an ENFJ who seems like an ENTP as she becomes more like the doctor? (11 is an ENTP, 12 an INTP imo) the Fe-Ni can be seen very clearly in s7 and s8, she’s always very people-oriented, and at this point in the show that’s generally her main priority. her Fe dom clashes a lot with 12’s Fe inf in early s8, and it eventually causes 12’s inf to develop a Lot. also, her Ni often clashes with both 11 and 12’s Ne: she’s often asking if they have a concrete plan, while theyre still busy brainstorming a million ideas at once the Se is STRONG after danny dies. this is also where the 7w8 really begins to shine. she’s so focused on living in the moment that it ends up killing her. her Ti is definitely utilised a lot, but i do feel like it works as an inferior. when she’s under stress, when the people she loves are threatened, that’s often when she’s the most cold and logical. that bit in Hide when she’s trying to force the psychic lady to save the doctor feels like a good example of this.

The Impossible Girl A nanny turned schoolteacher who ended up becoming a bit too much like the Doctor. First introduced as Oswin Oswald, in the series 7 premiere, "Asylum of the Daleks", as a young hacker stranded with the Daleks, then as Clara Oswin Oswald, in the 2012 Christmas Special, "The Snowmen", as a young barmaid and governess in 1892, and finally, as Clara Oswald, in "The Bells of Saint John", a young nanny of two children in the mid-2010s. The mystery of who she was and why she kept popping up in different moments of the Doctor's life was the main theme of the second half of series 7 and it defined her relationship with the Eleventh later Twelfth Doctor.
