Haredic people are dominant Si, but their secondary function is Fe, because it tends to be driven more by collective emotion, faith, and social obligation than by impersonal rational calculation. The word “Haredi” itself comes from the Hebrew root associated with trembling or anxiety: they are “those who tremble at the word of God.” For example, even when some members of the community do not work, the economic attitude can still be based on “with God’s help” rather than on Te-style practical planning. Also, even if the community is not always equally concerned with other Jewish groups, Haredim tend to have very strong internal social bonds and mutual responsibility within their own community. Because of that, I see their behavior as less about Te imposing an efficient external structure on others, and more about Fe-based conformity, shared expectations, and maintaining communal norms. I also think Ti makes more sense than Fi. As a community, Haredim generally do not emphasize following one’s own personal, internal values. Instead, they follow the rulings of rabbis and the guidance of the Gedolei HaDor. At the same time, the constant analysis, debate, and detailed argumentation found in Talmud study strongly resembles Ti. They also use Ti to analyze and justify halachic rulings made by rabbis.
