Bobby is an ISTP, his character is all Ti and Se. He calls all the other characters BS with Ti, cynically. He is the logical ground of the apartment and tries to fix things logically between them. He also is not afraid to call out people like the old lady not wearing a bra and tell her, she’s being an idiot. He predicts patterns using his tertiary Ni, like when he looks at the creepy old man by the distance first going up to him and chat to analyze him and check if the kids is safe. Bobby is also stoic and objective when he confronts the people in the motel. He doesn’t mimic any of the characters emotions or gets absorbed in them. He tells it simple, don’t mess around with his motel and he’ll stay in his peace and quiet watching his baseball game. Or making Moonee and Halley pack up and switch rooms for the night to avoid legal tenancy even when it clearly causes them stress and they are mother and daughter. He is a healthy older ISTP. Older ISTPs who have developed all their cognitive functions also develop their Fe later on. Though, it’s still inferior; it’s still very developed so he does show Fe but it’s still not his default mode.
