ENTJ. He's an obvious XNTJ as he constantly creates well thought-out plans in order to steal the formula (Te + Ni), so the only real question here is whether he's ENTJ or INTJ. I think that tertiary Se fits better than tertiary Fi, however, as he is able to do what is physically required of him within his plans, while he doesn't seem to consult his conscience too often. Sometimes you see him in a Te-Se loop where he's just impulsive and angry. And then other times during stressful situations, you see his inferior Fi kick in with a bunch of unresolved and underdeveloped emotions. Therefore I believe ENTJ fits him a lot better.

He runs an unsuccessful restaurant called the Chum Bucket alongside Karen, a waterproof supercomputer who is his sarcastic sidekick and wife who shuts down his dumb ideas. The Chum Bucket is extremely unpopular in Bikini Bottom because it serves chum, a type of bait made from fish meat.
