Neytiri is an ISFP due to her high displays of internal feeling and Se. Like Lo'ak I'd say she is far more Fi led. Yes she was concerned with the feelings of the Omaticaya but please note that those are HER people. Fi isn't just loyalty to yourself, it is loyalty to those who you feel you personally align with and it can be an entire clan or group, this doesn't mean she is an Fe user. In Avatar and ATWOW it is apparent that her concern and compassion for others doesn’t extend to those who do not share similar experiences/values to her, such as the human species or other Na'vi tribes. She only eventually warmed up to Jake as he showed an active effort to become more integrated with her way of life. She found his attempts to be charming, even if he messed up at times, and really connected with him due to their shared Se functioning. Even after mating with him she still held a deep resentment towards the humans (even though Jake and Grace were one of them) and this was shown by her resentment towards Spider in Avatar: The High Ground and ATWOW. For some wondering why she accepted the other humans staying back on Pandora, it was mainly because they were also aligned with her Fi views against the RDA, however, her Fi still couldn't accept Spider due to his biological relation to Quaritch. If she was an Fe user she would given him a chance, recognizing that he was just a baby at the time and is not responsible for the actions of Quaritch/they do not extend to him as they are two different individuals. I'm not sure why people are still arguing that she is an Fe user. Her Fi was also shown when she got into a disagreement with Ronal during their first meeting because their values clashed. It took Jake to calm her down and encourage her to be more accepting of others and learn their ways. Like her children, she was very displeased with her new home and didn’t hesitate to express it through her body language and talks with Jake. I find it so funny even though she urged Neteyam, Kiri, and Lo'ak to "be nice" and open-minded, when Ronal started to criticize her family and way of life she just couldn't hold back and hissed at her, even though they needed to appeal to the Metkayina in order to stay. Her FiSe was just too powerful in that moment and overcame her Te-grip and Ni. In a deleted scene of her and Ronal training, Neytiri got frustrated with learning from Ronal and rejected riding the Ilu opting instead to continue riding her Ikran (we see this in the final battle) since it was what she was used to and aligned with her Fi desires. Her Se is also regularly shown and she often acts out physically against others who do not align with her core beliefs, such as when she smacked Jake with her bow when they first met. In her mind he spurred the Viperwolves on by "acting like a baby, making noise" while he could not understand that initially. She rolled her eyes at his explanation/apology and went on her way, not giving him any more thought until her own ancestors (seeds of the sacred tree) assured her that his presence was important. It was only then that she decided to take him into the Omaticaya clan. Neytiri also often acts out physically when she is in pain due to her FiSe nature and we saw this in the scene when she learned of Jake's betrayal and the death of her father, in both scenes continuously shoving and screaming at Jake. When Neteyam died Neytiri was completely fueled by her Fi to use her Se and avenge him, even going so far as to lose herself and almost kill Spider due to her rage. It took Jake's Ti and Fe to talk her out of it, as he often does within the franchise. He reminds her over and over again to keep a "strong heart" and he is the anchor for her Fi within the film.
