one of the easiest characters to type. Se- he wants to experience life- he does what he wants to do just for the sake of doing it. constantly disses on people when they “theorize”.. usually Julian, Lahey, or Bubbles. he only understands concrete things in front of him. while he is dumb, he is practical. pretty much as practical as Julian, but in his own ways.. which leads me to…… Fi- Ricky is such a perfect example of Se & Fi it drives me crazy. he does not base what he believes off of actual facts, but rather what he has been taught or what he has believed. we see examples of this many times in the show, usually it written off as him just being “dumb” when in reality it’s a good example of Fi. ricky is actually a pretty moral person, his morality just doesn’t line up with anyone else’s. i believe Julian & Ricky contrast in so many ways because of this function & the different ways they use it. Ricky shows his Fi with his actions & feelings, while Julian uses Fi with his words. one of my favorite characters Ever.
