One of Oda Nobunaga's favorite swords. His name Heshikiri comes from the incident where a servant angered his owner Oda and hid behind a table to no avail because Oda used Hasebe to slice through the table and kill that servant. Because of that incident and of Oda's general ruthlessness, Hasebe can get a bit wary about what a master asks him to do, but otherwise he's serious, dutiful and very eager to please the Saniwa. He's the Saniwa's assistant in Touken Ranbu - Hanamaru.
