It's kind of obvious, the whole Pennywise thing, even the philosophy behind it, and the fact that he attacks people's fears and devours their "soul" and imagination, seems to be more metaphysical than physical. If he were a SE, I believe his brutality would be more physical, more carnal, but all his torture is psychological, for a reason behind it, to satiate himself, to consume something beyond matter, like a philosophy. An example of horror: Pennywise vs. Michael Meyers. The latter is a physical killing machine, while Pennywise is more metaphysical. NE is too obvious in him. About the Enneagram, I don't know. I believe it's the same thing as the Joker, ENTP, but since people don't see him having a "family," they don't consider him a 7SP. But I believe it's possible to fit him in, focusing more on the sense of being... Machiavellian, cunning, opportunistic, able to bargain and persuade people, focused on their own desires, and with a clear sense of feeling "better" and "superior" to others. However, I also see arguments for an 8 SP. I haven't analyzed him that much, but for now, that's my analysis.

IT's favorite (and most iconic) form is Pennywise the Dancing Clown. Modelled on the pierrot clowns of old, he employs the clownish persona as bait for young children, luring them with jokes and offers to visit his circus, but also doubles as an effective form to scare people with coulrophobia (a fear of, well, clowns) shitless.
