I actually think Mimi's an ESFP >> ESTJ. While I do think she has Te, I'm not sure it's strong enough to be dominant. But, she does seem to have strong Se and I'm not really seeing the Si-Ne in her enough to make her an ESTJ. Se - Mimi was definitely one of the more eager minions to go out and fight the heroes, alongside O'Chunks (who's also Se dominant). Towards the middle of the game, whenever Bleck is out of the castle (I think it's around the Sammer Kingdom chapter), Mimi is literally DYING to get out of the castle and for him to send her on a mission. She needs a new experience and to go out and fight because she's been so bored. She doesn't want to wait for the long term result of the waiting around (inf Ni but we'll get to that), she wants to take action NOW in the moment. Fi - this is a bit trickier, I don't believe she has SUPER strong Fi, but I also don't believe it's her inferior function > Ni. I might have to come back to this later... Te - this is pretty obvious in most of her interactions. Mimi is very blunt and straightforward, telling it like it is based off of the literal facts of her environment. She has a strong domineering and assertive tone that helps get things done when she's posing as a servant in the mansion, and also when she's posing as the king in the Sammer Kingdom. I don't see it as being strong enough to be her dominant function, but I do definitely see strong Te usage. Ni - kinda touched on this in the Se portion but Mimi doesn't see the need in waiting around to see the long term result of something, such as her being told to stand by since that would be more helpful to Count Bleck than her going out and fighting again. She sees things as needing to be done as fast and efficiently as possible (Se-Te) ignoring the fact that doing so could actually cause more harm than good. As opposed to Bleck, who's Ni dominant and is very concerned and focused on the longterm goal/effects, Mimi is more concerned about the present effect/action. Not too sure on her enneagram, I could maybe see 7w8 but I could also see 3w4 or even possibly 8w7. But 3w4 and 7w8 seem more likely right now
