Had the feeler vibe, but it isn’t extroverted feeling. She does have strong beliefs on how she sees other people and wants to see herself, such as her appreciation of Lilly, acceptance (and, at the end of her positive route, showing of genuine joy) of Hisao, and ultimately (spoiler ig) the idea that she is the one to blame for the accident that killed her parents and gave her the burns she has. The reason that it is introverted is that, even though she visibly shows emotion often, she doesn’t often express gratitude and fear in word form. Fi users can do this, of course, but I feel that Hanako’s weak Te and lack of self-confidence doesn’t bring her to do this really at all. Ultimately, I feel her blaming herself as the reason for the accident was what she found easier to accept rather than to argue with herself why she was not. Ne’s not super easy to see due to her lack of speaking more than two sentences at a time, and it seems more that Si would exist instead, seeing how she lacks a need for Se pleasure for herself; she was comfortable reading in the library and talking with Lilly all the time (Si), and getting absorbed in what she was reading (Fi, Ne, Si perhaps), but her first interaction with Hisao in the library overwhelms her and causes her to leave, possibly because of her absorption being disrupted and her not being prepared for it. She really didn't want to be disturbed, and she probably left in a quick and sudden fashion in a way to not be impolite, as she interprets not directly saying that she wants to read alone to not be offensive. Its not in a direct (Te) way, as she does not do too well with directness herself. Inferior Te shows in lack of assertiveness to back up Fi.
