This one was the easiest. May sound ‘dumb’, but only by watching the two trailers and teaser, it already had information enough to type him. Now, note this is a very stereotypical character. His Ne is all over the place like some say, full of clever remarks, random ideas that popped up in his head. His main way of perceiving the world is through external occurrences, and most of it needs to be spoken out, as it’s an extroverted function. On Ti, there wasn’t much evidence (Trailer). Nolan told John he lacked the physical strength/skills but he had a brain -> planning. It could also be confused with Te as it’s the strategic function of MBTI, but ENTPs don’t have them nor Ni in the 4-stack model (Ne looking good). Fe could be interpreted that he may like to be of help to others and by this, being liked. He suggested to help John catch Sarah. Why would he do that if John can do it himself? It’s a way of escaping “prison’s hands” and gaining something out of it, plus by reading the room and noticing John really wants to catch this Sarah, it’s a moment he knew what to do, and it’s a help anyway. On Si, at least on the trailer, there isn’t much to see of this function. Correct me if I’m wrong, please. Se demon all the way, where he falls, misuses equipments/objects, has a hard time fighting with all he’s got (although there was that scene at prison where he and John beat the **** out of those police/prison men?). If I may confess so myself, I’m so happy to have observed the trailer enough to have ENTP vibes. Sarah was very hard for me, other than she seems to have Ni, and John definitely had Se somewhere high. Going to watch the movie now 👋
