I agree he is Te Dom , after he doesn't accept that people like Heracles and Arthur are considered equals to him and he thinks himself is the "Strongest heroic spirit", but E8 wing 7? Seriously ? I think it's actually reversed considering his personality, yes Gilgamesh is still similar to his Stay Night and Zero counterpart with his disinterest in the Grail and his arrogance as the King of Heroes, but something is missing which is that he really lacks the pride and his temprament as a king like his counterpart, he finds happiness when fought with other servants, more than his counterpart, His counterpart tends to be very arrogant when he is about to fight something, belittling his opponent because he doesn't "Worthy" to fight him Spoilers : When he fought Arthur, his master actually stopped him because Ayaka himself was already dying so arthur wouldn't exist if ayaka later died, I'm pretty sure Gilgamesh from Stay Night would follow his master's words because fighting arthur would only be wasting his treasure and assuming Arthur didn't worth fighting him but this Gilgamesh is different he thinks a tough opponent to fight is worth more than his treasure so he disobeyed his master and later challenged Arthur to a duel in exchange he will give him an antidote for Ayaka so I think he is more E7 than E8 he tend he seeks opportunities to experience what he has never experienced in life rather than trying to change a world that does not suit his perspective into a world that fits his perspective
Biografia
Gilgamesh (ギルガメッシュ, Girugamesshu), Class Name Archer (アーチャー, Āchā), is the Archer-class Servant of an unnamed Master in the Second Holy Grail War of Fate/Prototype. Gilgamesh is still the most self-centred person in the world like his Fate/stay night counterpart, but he lacks the same kingly temperament and he is able to properly read the situation around him. While he is not an evil person, he has a callous personality. He has no real interest in the Holy Grail, so he instead wishes to establish himself as the strongest of Heroic Spirits. He falls in love with the glasses-less Ayaka Sajyou much like a typical shoujo manga. Unlike his counterpart's haughty declaration that female Saber will become his possession, Archer proposes to Ayaka in a somewhat more normal manner.
