Biografia
Jinkuro is an official of the Nagasaki Magistrate's Office, a part of the Shogunate's security apparatus, and has been taking credit for cracking down on opium. He is nicknamed "Kaimaki Yoriki" because of the many prostitutes he usually takes in the brothels. Despite his frivolous behavior, he is in fact a very shrewd and manipulative man. He is deeply connected to the town's underworld, and is willing to use the convenience store for his own ends.
