She is a textbook tert Fi with execution through Ni (vision of her own realm) Te (how she executed it). Tertiary Fi is about executing moral code as strictly as possible. But tert Fi is not guided by feelings and not in tune with them, like Fi Dom or Aux Fi. Tertiary Fi is the most strict and cold execution of code , "I have a set of rules I live be and I execute them as strict as I can, despite anything". Learn the difference please.
