Is the Versus population responsible for this? Either way, the entirety of WMTSB2 + 000 + his raid + solo story quest (on the New Utopia map) prove otherwise. He's essentially too meticulous and bogged down by things that Ti should see as impersonal. Easy way to put it: in terms of function stack, he's closer to Faa than to Belial. There is also no way he's anything but a sexual 8 (possible sx/so since contraflow makes the most sense).
