Biografia
Rayne Martinez is a recurring character in the Max Steel movie saga. She is Roberto "Berto" Martinez's younger sister and a member of Max Steel's Team Turbo, donning the name of Tempestra. With the use of her Connect-Tek suit, Tempestra has the ability of creating Turbo Storm Modes, which allow her to control the weather. Rayne debuted in Team Turbo and is voiced by Lili Beaudoin. Rayne is described as a mercurial individual. Strong, courageous, friendly, smart and tomboyish, Rayne likes to help people in need and do good. She dislikes being referred to as "Little Thunder" or simply little. She also seems to be rather impulsive, as in Team Turbo, she ignored Max's warning to not attack Air Elementor, which led to Team Turbo's defeat.
