You can't be more Te dom than that. The guy has only one clear objective that is to run after you to punish you because he considers what you did was radically wrong, false and unacceptable for a student. He obviously doesn't like things not going the way he wants, he desires absolute control and approaches the system of the school with a notion of rewards / punishment. Success gives you a coin, failure gives you punishment. He believes this is the most efficient way to make students learn, he doesn't want to use feelings in order to make them feel better and more understood, for him there's no place for such considerations.
