Minor spoilers until roughly 35 hours into the game. It should be a given that Sae is a Te-dom, with her whole *work hard so you can get good grades to go to a good college bla bla* talk she gives to her sister. As for ESTJ vs ENTJ, she's definitely an Si-aux. Look at how Akechi (ENTJ) goes with the case, he pulls random occurences and figures out the relation between them (psychotic breakdown vs phantom thieves, concludes that maybe they are the same entity). Sae goes with a way more methodical approach, slowly and steadily gathering information, i.e interrogation through every step taken, not making any assumptions but rather jumping off from previously gathered data (such as how she remembers data suggests phantom thieves had their source for weapons and gear, then questions about that). Sae has no Ni!
Biografi
Sae Niijima is a public prosecutor of the Tokyo District Special Investigation Department at the Public Prosecutors Office who interrogates the protagonist during his stay in prison. She's Makoto Niijima's older sister and her legal guardian who takes her job very seriously and professionally. Her hyper-competetiveness and fixation on success eventually makes her cognition develop a Palace resembling a casino, which is born from her frustration and envy.
