Kenny is an ESFP 8w7. He is an Se dominant - concerned with the tangible world of the present moment. He doesn't base things on what has worked in the past (Si) like Lily, who is actually ESTJ. She wanted to stay at the motor inn and keep defending it because it was a place they knew and had been staying at; it had kept them safe so far. She would have rather stayed there than take a risk at the Dairy Farm. This is Si - more willing to bet on the odds it knows and is familiar with than to try something else. Kenny, on the other hand, sees things as they are in the moment - in the moment, his son was starving; the motor inn wasn't working anymore. Kenny takes opportunities as they arise in the moment, like with the Dairy Farm - talking to Lee, he had a healthy suspicion of the farmers, but knew that staying back at the motor inn was just waiting to starve. We also see his Se with the abandoned station wagon. He takes in sensory data in the moment as he sees it, and knows that action is what is most important. Another example from the second episode - he cared about actually physically looking around the farm to see if anything was awry. When they found the padlocked door, he looked at the options they had in front of them and wanted to work with that. Lee's Ni balances Kenny's Se, as Lee thinks things out more and sees objects not as what they are, but what they could be used for (using coins to unscrew the air duct, the car jack to open doors, etc.) and is more of a strategist as opposed to Kenny taking in data as it is and working to action from there. Kenny's Fi is what gives him a focus on the people he comes into contact with. His people are /his/ people. This loyalty is both Se-Fi and being an 8. He looks at situations personally with his secondary Fi and looks out for his own. Lily's Te dominant typing shows in her orientation towards the group. She wanted to stay objective and falls back on rational standards, such as how they shouldn't save anyone when they can't feed the people they have, and how she disburses the rations in a way independent of personal relationship. Kenny's orientation is to looking out for his own first, group or no group. Kenny's inferior Ni comes into play when Duck is dying. He thinks that Duck's death is his fault because he believes he let Hershel's son die, and therefore karma is coming back around in taking Duck from him. Inferior Ni comes out as an unhealthy version of Ni, deriving meanings from situations that in reality don't always have an underlying meaning. Se as a dominant is usually realistic and tangible, believing that events are just events, there is no deeper meanings. When inferior Ni erupts, it begins to see hidden meanings that either predict negative catastrophes for the future or that make past events seem like the reason for current bad ones. He wants to be in control, because he feels that he is the only one who will do what has to be done. Kenny is an original character in the video game The Walking Dead The Game by Telltale Games. A nice, but harsh, hard-working guy who likes everything to be the way he decides, regardless of the opinions of the rest of the group. Ken is a pronounced choleric person, which we can easily notice, because he often easily becomes angry if something does not suit him, however, Kenny cools down just as quickly, after which he most often apologizes for being too rude to others. Kenny is also an example of those people who act first and think later, and combined with the fact that Ken is also very stubborn, he sometimes turns into a choleric-oppressive person who is not in the mood to change his mind or decisions until he comes to the results of their actions. Actually, just another feature of the foundation of his character is determination.
