I think the relationship dynamic between Lucy and Tim revolves around her being an F and him being a T. You can even see it in the recent episode where Tim discourages Lucy from being an undercover agent because he thinks she will get too emotionally involved. I think she is definitely EXFJ, her Fe is undeniable.
Biografi
Played by Melissa O'Neil, Officer Lucy Chen was one of the three original rookies at the start of the show (along with Officer John Nolan and Officer Jackson West), but is now a P2 who occasionally does undercover work (having gone to UC school in season 5). Chen's T.O. was Officer Tim Bradford, who she'd later work for as his aide once he became a Sergeant.
