The consensus is so hilariously stereotypical and has nothing to do with reality. The whole show is about him protecting his own interests instead of protecting the interests of the shareholders, which is what he is supposed to do as CEO. Te dominance is about making objective, impersonal decisions and keeping things working for the greater good. Logan is a personal powerhouse, he does everything for himself and for his family, he doesn’t consider the world or the greater good, he doesn’t make decisions according to external criteria. He makes decisions according to himself (he’s Ji, not Je). Throughout the show, he is not seen as a person that is mainly guided by logic, nor is he depicted as someone with great foresight. Instead, he is a person who is pure force (Se). Everything he does, he achieves through force, pushing his will on others to get what he wants, regardless of what makes sense (which would matter more to a dominant Thinking type). He judges everybody through Se standards, by the force of will that they show, rather than valuing expertise and the quality of being a good source providing the right information which Te would care about. He has a pure Se mentality, living in a dog eat dog world in which everyone should be fighting with maximum grit to get to the top, sparing no one in their way. His main instinct is to dominate his adversary in the moment, that is what he lives by. He’s like a beast, a Dionysian Se dominant, and not an Apollonian Te dominant. An ENTJ would be half street-smart, half book-smart. Logan is pure street smarts, he is not shown at any point during the show to be an intellectual. One quote to highlight his main approach, similar to everything he says throughout the show: “I know that you’ve read a lot of books about business management and this and that, but you know what? Sometimes, it is a big d*ck competition”. This is an example of Logan mocking the Te approach of learning things and gaining skills to better operate in the outside world. He seems however to be interested in real world facts, such as the measure of a milk gallon or the population of Indonesia. In MBTI, this is not Te. This is Se, a bunch of disconnected facts through which one can perceive the world objectively. Myers describes Extraverted Sensing in Gifts Differing as “very rich in undigested experience and unclassified knowledge of uninterpreted facts” and Jung says about it that “No other human type can equal the extraverted sensation-type in realism. His sense for objective facts is extraordinarily developed. His life is an accumulation of actual experience with concrete objects, and the more pronounced he is, the less use does he make of his experience.” Therefore, gathering uninterpreted facts about the real world is a trait of Se. “I’m a great revolutionary. A bit of f*ckin’ spice, bit of fun, a bit of truth. I f*cking know things about the world, or I wouldn’t turn a buck. Not necessarily nice things.” Revolution, spice, fun = all Se. A bit of truth = his Ti. Definitely not an unbalanced approach to the world using logic (truth). His knowledge of reality, his cold mentality, his toughness, all comes from Se dominance. “Everything, everywhere, is always moving. Forever. Get used to it.” It’s not that an ENTJ cannot understand reality through Se, it is simply not their main approach. Everything he says resembles Se in one way or another. Like in this quote, Se is the function that is present and aware of every change that happens in reality, being ready to adapt to it. Logan lives in an ever-changing Se world.
Biografi
“Sometimes it is a big dick competition.” —————————————————————————— “Would you like to hear my favourite passage from Shakespeare?: Take the f***ing money.” —————————————————————————— “Most things don’t exist. The Ford Motor Company hardly exists. It’s just a timesaving expression for a collection of financial interests. But, this exists, because it’s a family. —————————————————————————— "Nothing is a line. Everything everywhere is always moving, forever." —————————————————————————— "Life is not knights on horseback. It's a number on a piece of paper. It's a fight for a knife in the mud." —————————————————————————— “I’m a great revolutionary. A bit of spice, a bit of fun, a bit of truth. I know things about the world or I wouldn’t turn a buck. Not necessarily nice things.” —————————————————————————— “What are people? They’re economic units. I’m a hundred feet tall, these people are pygmies.”
