I know that Te doms get a lot of hate but she's such a great character! She's not the mean, bossy ESTJ stereotype. She's very kind, mature, and caring. Even in the first episode she was in, she was genuinely concerned about Jeff's health when she thought he might be an alcoholic 😂 Above all though, she is very hardworking. She makes it clear she wants to get results and make the best environment for those around her. She's such a well-written Te dom and it's *really* refreshing. They are very rare in media. The only other I can think of off the top of my head is Keqing from genshin.
