It's true that he's only nice to Hinasa and not to others can be an indication of high Fi but his extreme desire that is to the point of desperation to find someone that loves him and accepts him is extremely Fe orientated. I'm not saying that people who use Fi don't want that, everyone wants that but he's willing to do anything and everything to get love back, so that person doesn't leave, he hasn't done this with Hinasa only, he has done this every other girl he has dated. It seems like Fe to me . Also people who lead with Fi are pretty content with themselves, they do not seek validation from others to this extent... He doesn't want to make friends because he expects so much from friendships... he's scared to get hurt by others that's why he shuns them...like Hinase herself says " Maybe Hananoi kun really wants to cherish people more than me but the more people he holds dear , the more harder it gets to cherish them all so.." that is a very Ni-Fe behaviour . Biographie
The titular Hananoi-kun. He is a smart, seemingly mild-mannered loner in school who also happens to be infamous for being a serial dater with some very...odd notions about love. After Hotaru shields him in the snow out of kindness and pity, he confesses to her the next day and school and asks to date her.
