The most ISTJ police detective archetype I've ever seen. Pure Si. You can hear it in his very detailed recollections, for which he requires no notes. In one episode, he talks about how at any drive through, he orders a #1. Doesn't know or care what's in it, but every place has a #1, and it'll do. Past experience, what works, businesslike. Sounds like Si/Te. On old fashioned police work. "It's not old fashioned, it's methodical. And if that's old fashioned, then that's what I am." Si. Reminds me a lot of my own father, also a textbook ISTJ.

Joseph Patrick Kenda (born August 28, 1946) is a retired Colorado Springs Police Department detective lieutenant who was involved in 387 homicide cases over a 23-year career, solving 356, a closure rate of 92%. He is featured on the Investigation Discovery television show Homicide Hunter, where he recounts stories of cases he has solved.
