i would say ENFJ is just a role she plays as a part of her plan. you can see it sometimes when she’s not fully aware of social atmosphere or dynamics going on between people. she’s also not manipulative in emotional way, but rather informational(Te), like plotting something instead of controlling emotional atmosphere/feelings of other people. she’s also quite straightforward and don’t try to sugarcoat things. whatever she’s doing, it’s to realize her plan and gain more power, which is more of a Te trait. you can say that many ENFJs strive for power too - it’s true, but they have a different motivation behind it. Te needs power/control as a goal itself, while Fe uses power/authority as a tool
