Biographie
The Octoboss, as his name implies, is an under-boss of Dementus. He leads a small contingent of men in his charge known as the "motor-fliers." The Octoboss rides a motorcycle with a large fan attached to the back. He also wears a demonic-looking, black helmet with large horns that not only covers his face from the dirt and dust of the Wasteland, but also acts as an intimidation factor when he attacks.
