Here’s why I think ENFJ would be a better choice. Not a healthy one obviously but he’ll eventually get there. He’s clearly struggling with his Fe throughout the story, from meeting Margaret for the first time, to agreeing to his father’s plan, eventually becoming who he is in the last chapters. I really don’t see the Ne dom as for all ENTP votes. His Ni aux is evident as when he gets to see his father as the person that he really is and especially in that journey with Lena. It’s also quite obvious in his speech when he visits his father for the last time that we see.
