I wouldnt trust any of these so called studies since they are not or only superficially based on cognitive functions and jungian theory and instead use dichotomy of i/e s/n t/f j/p instead so what falls under a ISTJ under this system may not be a ISTJ by function and can be for example a normal ISTP or ESTJ or whatever truely. Solely based on my own anectdotal experience a large portion of the people I encountered and interacted with have been high se users mostly xsfps and xsfjs, rarer some xntp and more or less non existent xxtj whether xstj or xntj and xnfps or xnfj their number could be counted with the fingers.
