I really don't see how this would be INTJ with tertiary Fi. That's one of the most ENTJ beliefs there is. Lets take a case of sperm donor for example; you need to have a minimum height, health, no serious genetic condition and not be ugly in order to be a donor- that's eugenics. Te: Focus on efficiency and have a logical approach to decision-making - chooses male candidates with the logic of who would give the best genes. Ni: Gather and process information through patterns and impressions - the basis for these requirements are the ones that have worked for years of evolution, such as having healthy respiratory system and not having any deformity. Se: Uses senses and lives in the present - the donor needs to do you know what to get the sperms, lol. Inferior Fi: make these decisions without considering how the decision might impact their personal values, like being inclusive or not hurting the feelings of men who can't be donors.
