Rather than a curious Ne-dom ENTP who enjoys playing with rules and undermining authority, I think Johnny Arp is more of an ESTP 7w6 with a strong dominant Se function, who enjoys seeking out dangerous pleasures that put him in life-or-death situations. Though he often uses metaphors in his conversations, but his metaphors are more like the kind of words a playboy might use, without much of a sense of whimsy. In his usual conversations, he didn't seem to be easily distracted by odd details (Ne-Si) and tease them (Fe). He doesn't care about fulfilling his duties as a member of the Victims Catharsis Committee, but rather how much personal charisma he can display through this position. His powerful entrance when meeting Yui and Kyoko to invite them to participate in the sniper game, also demonstrates a strong desire for self-expression, and his heart triad 4 is clearly evident. Finally, Johnny is not actually a 7w8 who likes to suppress others under a frivolous appearance. Johnny is very competitive with a daredevil like demeanor, having no issue with potentially putting his life and others on the line if it allows for some excitement. Unlike Gekka, Johnny sees the Committee as merely a cult that serves the whims of Mikado, thus while he will work with them, he has no personal attachment to the organization and has no qualms about doing his own thing. Despite such reckless attitude, Johnny is as intelligent as the other Triple Zeroes and able to quickly get a good read on what his opponents might potentially do (such as carving his sign on a tree branch where Kyoko and Yui was back at the villa).
