There is a novel of sweet pool, which is from Tetsuo's perspective and follows the -red road- route which is primarily an Instinctual one. I disagree with the INTJ typing after reading that. He is a person who has a more developed Ni, but at the end of the day he takes actions based on Se. He tries to understand Youji and as much as Youji fails to read Tetsuo's emotions, so does Tetsuo as well in regards of Youji. In the novel we see his inner monologue and thinking of pretty much all of his actions, and his pattern is: Youji's body is sick, my mother taught me that food will make everything better, therefore I shall offer him food. His comments about not eating at the roof, the garbage bin, the container with the pot etc, in all those cases he sees Youji being sickly and he deduces that a meal would help. He most of the times fails to read why Youji is frustrated and his reactions remind him of a kid. And to be fair, as awkward as Youji is, so is Tetsuo. He more often than not uses his Se. He feels the need to touch Youji. Example: He sees the trail of blood on his neck, and he instinctually reaches out to touch it. The bathroom scene takes place after Youji was confronted by Zenya in the lockers, where Tetsuo was an onlooker like with the rest of the crowd. As Youji bumps into him, his feelings of possessiveness overtake him and so the bathroom scene takes place. During that his mind is focused in both his frustration as well as trying to convey his feelings through actions. And in all instances, when he fails to communicate his way of thinking and he becomes scared that he'll scare Youji he deduces to take action, only to later on realize that maybe that wasn't the best course judging by the hateful looks he gets from Youji. If anything, ISTPs are infamous for this way of thinking and acting especially towards a person of interest to them (and I can deeply confirm this as one). Aside from that the way he perceives the world is all through his Se. People, situations, everything. And if anything he uses more Ti. Tetsuo does not try to compete with Makoto or Zenya. He dislikes Zenya by instinct as an Osu, but he thinks nothing of Makoto even though he senses him being competitive towards him. He doesn't analyse Makoto and his actions and how he managed to come close to Youji in order for him to do the same. Instead he thinks nothing of him, and primarily focuses on his actions and how he as Tetsuo fails to show his concern and feelings towards Youji. He did have girls in rotation and in those cases others approached him, and he always though that it was because sex was vital need like food and water, and that those people wanted to fulfil these needs as well, hence why they've approached him and having the same needs he responded. Therefore, when he comes to the place of a person actually being interested into someone, as others did, he realizes that he didn't know how to approach someone because he was always approached. Something which ties back to his means of approaching, which is offering food, since in his head that would practically help them and show love as he perceives it, and physical intimacy, thinking that his feelings could show through his actions, when he himself thinks that words will fail (despite words being the way that Youji would actually understand him, since he constantly asks him the "why" behind his actions). Lastly the biggest indicator is the discussion about "Forever". The Red Road is ultimately Tetsuo's ending as if the game were to play out from his side alone. The most important aspect of it is that both characters accept that there is no Forever. Because if something like that were to be real then, their last moments together would mean nothing, would have no value. Se users value the moment, living in it. In the novel Tetsuo is being asked the same questions by "them". If you were to be playing the game as him, then the sequence would be: Blue: I can't understand them, how could I. Red: Willing to abandon his humanity, since he never felt human in the first place. So he can succumb to his nature. Red: Yes he would accept them. Even though he can't really understand them, he can understand the concept of pain and the need to live, since those are things he can relate to back to himself., and the cycle must end. In their last moment, he tries to show his feelings towards Youji through his actions as he did through-out the whole game. His last thoughts are: "If he believed in the existence of eternity, it’d mean that the time both of them had shared was nothing but a vague form of existence. It’s like he’d rejected every moment of it. The fact that Tetsuo once existed. In the same place, and the same time – Youji had once existed too. That moment was important; that moment was precious. That’s right, Tetsuo repeated in his head. Eternity, does not exist."

Biografia

The main romanceable character in sweet pool. His appearance in Youji's life is immediately deemed a troublesome one, and while for the most part outwardly harmless, he is quite strong. Very little to no information is known about Tetsuo, which makes him very intimidating and difficult for Youji to understand.
