A part of The "Group" with his sister, Barbara. Evan seems to have no emotions as he never reacts to anything, at least not emotionally. Evan is a big fan of military history, specifically with the Soviet Union. When The "Group" was questioned for the people that have gone missing and are their age, they all assumed that if one of them had done it it had to have been Evan. He is featured in the trial.
