He is an amazing and relatable character man. I don't blame him one bit. Such an obvious SX4 too. His externalized rage; him having an outburst and saying: "I called you to make me smile and I've never felt worse" outburst. Also, the way his suffering gets weaponized at the crowd, and that whole "you people have broken me, I don't care if you laugh, I'M GONNA SPEAK MY MIND" moment is peak SX4. The histrionic flip into prophet-status euphoria at the end (going from rage to "YES FINALLY I'm being taken seriously!") is also very on brand for the emotional lability of this subtype. For the wing, I'd lean 4w3 over 4w5. He's not withdrawn or introspective at all. He's loud, demanding, constantly seeking external validation and recognition ("no one takes me seriously," wanting to be seen and acknowledged by others rather than just understood by himself). A 4w5 would more likely retreat and stew privately rather than rant at a crowd of strangers demanding to be taken seriously. That said, there's a small 5-ish argument in his isolation/friendlessness and the doctor visit being almost an intellectualized attempt to diagnose his problem but that's thin. The dominant note is the 3-wing's hunger for external recognition and image management (literally restructuring his whole "look" to be taken seriously), so 4w3 fits better overall.
