TeNi - The Problem Solver ‘’If there's a problem, there's a solution.’’ ((TeNi = The Problem Solver, both terms will be used interchangeably) In a nutshell TeNi, also known as The Problem Solver, is a type highly attuned to giving solutions; based on predictions, resource management, reflection and efficiency. This character often has a remarkable intelligence, coupled with being good at finding solutions to problems others might not see. To this type, a good end result for whatever they are hyperfocused on, is crucial; regardless of the methods used to achieve set outcome. Consequently, The Problem Solver may appear as insensitive. At worst, TeNi can be defined by the quote ‘’the end justifies the means’’; enforcing a specific form of arrogance against an illusioned opponent or threat. However, this type is usually well intended, and can often possess a great sense of humor that is (most often) dry, absurd and surrealistic. This type also possesses a socially hierarchical tendency; understanding who is at the top, who is on their level and who is below. The goal? Being on the top, and helping those at the bottom. Unhealthy manifestations may avoid the last part, but that is not often. TeNi likes to be heard and recognized for their wit, intellect, help and organization. TeNi dislikes being seen as insensitive, shallow or below.
