He tried to come off as a wise, empathetic, caring and incredibly insightful figure within the soul society. Despite being a "feeler" Aizen's persona wasn't overly expressive; he carried himself as a calm, composed and rational figure (this is not the stereotypical ENFJ trait). He was very manipulative in the way he spoke, i.e. he was soft spoken and articulate, and almost always give off an air of concern when he spoke to people, regardless of their background or rank. Ultimately, this gave him the misdiagnosed allure of appearing fragile and delicate. This is not the case with the typical ENFJ. ENFJ tend to appear as strong personalities, externally.
