After geeking divine forms and fixations by ichazo, i think people are missing the point with the type, i was also under impression that this was some E1 because of how people described it. People look at P8 from viewpoint of singular dichotomy while missing the big picture, the type is still driven by excess, there are two dichotomies that COEXIST within the type, people also see the words "critical, judgemental, imposing" and are quick to relate it to E1, it's not surprising at all but remember, if you see someone who to you seems like a moralistic perfectionistic person who is imposing, it doesn't suddenly make them Point 8 because this individual lacks the nuance and all the other characteristics of this point. First, we can draw some comparisons with Naranjo E8 and Point 8 because people are under the impression that they're very different. Naranjo 8 is still oriented towards justice, revenge and evening scores with others, as it has been said, this CAN be an ideal but doesn't have to be, E8 is not just a blind hedonist and that's all that he cares for, there is more to this type. This aligns with Point 8 very well and even the issue with hypocrisy and the way they deal with criticism, Naranjo E8 still can make harsh observations and criticisms of others, this is no issue for this type. Biografie

THE MORALIST When the Domain of Laws and Morals becomes fixated, it produces the ego-personality of the Moralist, point 8, which appears as a moral stance because we project this aspect of being onto social reality. Our sense of being appears in the social environment as the justice that develops into laws and, even more, into rules of morality and decency in every type of relationship. This sense of being is the action of the Conservation Instinct since preservation in a social environment depends on pre-established justice and the moral relationships provided by customs and laws. Because the Moralist Fixation manifests in the Domain of Laws and Morals and has a lack in this Domain, it also has a yearning for the Eternal and Perfect State of the Divine found in the corresponding Divine Principle of No Time, which gives us the insight of Eternity, but which has now become obscured by the perceived trauma at the root of this Fixation.
