He seems to be in an Fi-Si loop a lot of the time, thinking about how he feels about what has happened to him. Usually his last race is in the forefront in his mind. While you don't see a lot of Ne coming out from him in his interaction with others, I think for him it is engaged in racing (and driving) where it helps him generate ideas from the environment and his opponents resulting in some extremely unorthodox techniques or tactics. I believe his general driving technique was developed through a relationship of Ne and Si. Think of new idea, try new idea, reflect on idea in practice, implement, practice or drop the idea. Remember his father didn't really teach him anything (besides basics), all his skill, he learnt for himself. And he didn't even think he was a good driver! So much Fi & Si coming of this guy it hurts. While Se-Ni can produce similar effects in terms of becoming "one with road" like Takumi can. I reckon his "oneness" is as a result of experiments (Ne) and experience (Si), rather than tactics (Se) and foresight (Ni).
