quinn is caring, helpful, compassionate and assertive. at her core, she wants to be needed and part of the group. however, throughout the show, quinn is in the lower levels of health, so she is prone to outbursts and anger issues. at her best, quinn is helpful to others without expecting anything in return. she also realizes that she needs to focus on herself and put her own needs first sometimes (integrating to 4). at her worst, quinn becomes aggressive as she feels unappreciated by olivia and the team (disintegrating to 8). she also becomes close to charlie in s2 after she feels like the group doesn't need her anymore, which leads to destructive behavior. quinn takes care of olivia pope & associates when olivia goes to the island with jake. when olivia returns, she continues to help olivia run it and keeps many of the responsibilities of managing it. olivia even tells her that the reason she can be selfish is because quinn will make sure everyone is ok and that everything is managed. before she joined opa she is much more personable and sociable. however, when she was forced to change her name and run away from her past, she became more closed off. we can see in her past that she presents more like a typical 2. when quinn first enters the show, she is desperate to be part of the group and she wants them to like her. she tries to prove her worth by doing things for the team. quinn becomes close to huck because he is the only one who accepts her in the group and actually wants her there. as a result, she is really protective of huck and will often try to help with his problems. quinn shows her wing 1 as she wants to do the right thing and she is more likely to sacrifice her own needs as opposed to a wing 3.
