It’s a joke to type Patry as evil in the moral alignment, but without spoilers, I can’t fully justify neutral good. He is a visionary who believes his purpose in life (Ni) is to build a safe and prosperous life for all elves (Fe). All of his actions serve to fulfil his vision. He does not act out of malice, and he is misguided and driven by hate and anguish (through no fault of his own).
