I didn't see any use of Ne by him on the show, really none. But he uses Se all the time. He is a born improviser and has a lot of charisma typical of a Se user, Come on, he was able to make cristobal and Hank friends again with just an improvised speech... That's Se+Fe... besides, he has a lot of aversion to new ideas and possibilities that Barry create during the show (like the Taylor plot)
