Biography
A police officer at Manyang substation, he's very gregarious-- both to appeal to others but also out of genuine decency and care. He comes from a family of civil servants and sees upholding their legacy and followng in those footsteps as an honorable duty. He gets rejected for a position in the main agency later on. The Manyang avengers also suspect him in the cover up of Lee Yu-Yeon.
