What personality type is Si? Si is an ISFJ personality type in MBTI, 9w1 - sx/sp - 927 in Enneagram, RCOAN in Big 5, SEI in Socionics.
Although INFPs can have an extroverted side, from my understanding the I in DiSC is seems to be more related to Fe, so between the 2 in this case where S is leading I would pick ISFJ
