What personality type is Momoka Kawaragi? Momoka Kawaragi is an ISTP personality type in MBTI, 9w8 - - 973 in Enneagram, RCUAN in Big 5, SLI in Socionics.
As of writing this the majority of votes are for ESTP and most of the remaining votes are for ISTP, so for now I'll focus my discussion solely on why I think she's ISTP>ESTP. I think the biggest piece of evidence that she has inferior rather than tertiary Fe is her consistent tendency to not acknowledge her own emotions AT ALL, even when she's stressed and faced with a difficult decision. She's also extremely respectful of other people's personal decisions and doesn't pry into their reasons no matter what, which is NOT what ExTPs tend to do haha. Indeed, verbally scrutinizing other people's decisions can be something of a hobby for ExTPs and we've seen none of this in Momoka so far, nor does she engage in the sort of button-pushing manipulation that you often see with tertiary Fe. In instances like when Nina declines her offer to start a band or when Subaru says she has to quit the band because of her grandmother, it's hard to imagine an ESTP, even one at a high level of maturity for her age, reacting as calmly, rationally, and respectfully as Momoka does. At the very least we'd see her bitching about them quitting to someone in a different scene, but no, she's 100% Ti 100% of the time. The series is still airing as of me writing this, I may expand it later on.
