Personality

What personality type is Lee Myung-gi “MG Coin” / No. 333? Lee Myung-gi “MG Coin” / No. 333 is an ENTJ personality type in MBTI, 7w8 - SP7 - 739 in Enneagram, SCOEI in Big 5, LIE in Socionics.

Heyyy yall! I think that ENTP Myung-Gi is one of the biggest mystyles I've seen. And since many people asked me to explain my point of view, I'll try to describe why he is an ENTJ imo, in the format of "why he is definitely not an ENTP" (there will be a contrast between ENTP and 333z character and a justification for the functions of ENTJ) I'm doing a major analysis for the first time, I'll try to express myself clearly 😭 1) Ne vs Te Ne is about experiments, unconventional paths, curiosity about ideas and process, brainstorming, the creative process and cause-and-effect relationships. Myung-Gi does not show any curiosity about the process or unconventional ideas - if he comes up with something, he does it for some practical purpose, and not for the sake of the brainstorming process. Instead of generating a lot of ideas and workarounds, he focuses on one strategy for a specific goal (saving Jun-hee/Winning games) Ne-users hate rules and clear structured frameworks and often come up with creative ways to get around them or at least "embellish" them. Myung-Gi obeys the rules and simply tries to adjust them to his tangible advantage. Te is about cold calculation, practicality and leadership, achieving goals and striving for control. 333 quickly focuses on the situation and makes decisions rationally, based on logic He thinks quickly and strategically, quickly understands how and what will work for him (for example, in "Mingle") In the last game, he also leads other players, just as quickly understanding how to act practically and make the situation useful and profitable for him. Also unhealthy Te makes a person cynical: he can sacrifice others (Young-Mi) justifying it with urgent need. 2) Ti vs Ni Ti is about deep analysis of things, theory, building chains, understanding "how it works", desire for "truth" and interest in collecting information and reasoning process. Myung-Gi is not interested in abstraction and the process of analysis - his logic is always applied (aimed at, for example, making money/surviving), this is typical for Te and not for Ti (the former want to know how things will work for their needs, and the latter are interested in the very essence of what is happening) As I said, he does not ask questions about the rules, does not try to delve deeper, find loopholes or approach games creatively, he accepted the rules and only adapted and used them for his own purposes. His thinking is not analytical, but productive. Ni is about long-term consequences, forming a strategy, a subtle understanding of the environment, predicting the development of events and seeing/understanding concepts. 333 ignores Joon-hee's calls because she can be used against him, so he ignores her calls (YES, EXACTLY THAT. At the time of his running, he didn't know that she was pregnant) He quickly calculates possible outcomes of events (in Hide and Seek or in the last game) Unhealthy Ni is also characterized by paranoia and/or obsession (that's why Yandere is considered an INFJ type btw), so he sacrifices almost everything for the sake of his obsession, and after Jun-hee's death, he is completely obsessed with saving himself WITH HIS CHILD (YES, HE REALLY WANTED TO SAVE HER AND THOSE WHO THINK THAT HE REALLY COULD AND WANTED TO DROP HER DIDN'T WATCH THE SERIES ATTENTIVELY OR DID NOT UNDERSTAND THE CHARACTER. He offered Jun-hee to kill him in Hide-and-Seek, I remind you) And paranoia also played a role in finale, when he didn’t trust Gi-Hun and even accused him of having an affair with Jun-Hee (we’ll remember this a little later). 3) Fe vs Se Fe is about harmony in a group, empathy, the desire to be liked, creating a new personality for each group, understanding the mood around and following generally accepted values Myung-Gi doesnt care about the atmosphere around him - he only protects Jun-Hee because of personal affection, and not because he has to, not for someone's approval or to maintain the atmosphere. If it were a random pregnant woman, he would absolutely not care, coz it does not concern him personally, and the moral standards accepted in society dont bother him. He does not try to create a pleasant face in society (although perhaps he should, at least in order not to set the majority against himself even more) (he did this before, but with the specific goal of making money), he says and does what he thinks and feels. He does not use charisma for influence or manipulation (which once again proves that he does not do this in everyday life without any purpose), he relies only on physical strength or calculation. His social behavior is not harmonious, but pragmatic or personal. Se is about action in the moment, physical adaptation, five senses, thirst for new sensations and concern for physical comfort 333 in a fight in the bathroom quickly and aggressively defends himself (despite physical weakness), which indicates a quick reaction and good physical self-esteem.
