He’s reported as being quiet but intimidating and a renegade and former member from Japan’s yakuza. As of right now all the popular scenes of him show him saying a calm threat to Louie after he gets cocky saying “no soy sauce” and even gives him a chance before Louie proceeds to poke the bear anyways and as a result is beheaded right in front of everyone. Louie even says that he is known for his patient handcrafted meals patience would indicate he is slow and methodical and if he is expressive yet calm in his anger this would prove me right.
