Ryuki's got no Fi, like absolutely none. His inf-Fe is so evident it hurts. All of his values are determined by what Ryuki thinks the people he cares about (his grandfather, Koga) value and expect of him. Even when something he's doing bothers him, Ryuki can't identify why and simply puts his feelings off as "maybe I'm going crazy". His whole breakdown during his fight against Naidan is the result of this, with Naidan forcing Ryuki to confront the fact that what his grandfather expects of him (kill all worms) and what Koga expects of him (don't murder people) are incompatible with each other and he must decide for himself what the right thing to do is. And even under threat of death, Ryuki stalls out, unable to make that call. He only springs into action when Naidan threatens Koga. Ultimately, Ryuki makes his choice not based on what he thinks is right or wrong, but because he doesn't want Koga to get hurt. The whole experience is pretty traumatic for him. Afterwards, the only thing Ryuki's troubled about is the fact that he failed to live up to others' expectations, not that he failed to live up to his own values like a Fi-user would.
