I think Sybil Birling is ISTJ, especially compared to Arthur Birling, an obvious ESTJ. His inferior Fi makes him care only how about how something could look publically, which is why he wouldn't have turned down Eva Smith if in the same situation. Sybil has more tertiary Fi making decisions based on her own code. She saw Eva impersonating her name and refused to believe the rest of the story she told and convinced others to do the same, believing she was just doing her duty. If you believe in 8 letter typings, it is comparing ISTJ's blind Fe to ESTJ's demon Fe. It also seems clear she is more introverted and Si dominant.
