Biography
Sun Diego (real name Dmitrij Aleksandrovic Chpakov) is a German rapper best known for his battle rap alter-ego SpongeBozz. He was born on March 17, 1989 in Chernivtsi, Ukrainian SSR (now Ukraine). Sun Diego first rose to fame in the mid-2000s as a battle rapper before shifting his focus to solo rap in 2011. He has released five solo albums, with his sixth set to be released in 2021. He is also known for his work as a producer, having produced music for other artists, including Sido, Kool Savas and Summer Cem. Sun Diego has won several awards, including the ECHO Award for best rap album in 2017.
