We don't know his exact date of birth, we don't even know if he's an ex Hungarian (Transylvanian) noble since he claims he's honouring his ancestors by speaking Dacian(a dead Indo-European language dating to Iron Age). Any zodiac sign projection on Orlok is just that, your projection and wishful thinking. It doesn't surprise me that he got voted as Scorpio. As Scorpios are anxiety ridden dorks that want to feel mysterious and special, but are really weak and fragile. Orlok was far from any of that.
