Personality

What personality type is Queen (band)? Queen (band) is an ENFP personality type in MBTI, 4w3 - so/sx - 479 in Enneagram, SLUAI in Big 5, EIE in Socionics.

They were so eclectic and weren’t afraid to break away from churning out the same formulaic music. They did something different every time and weren’t afraid to take risks. Lots of sx7 elements can be found in their music—especially in their earlier records, where it’s really emphasized quite a lot. Coincidentally, the band is the same type as Freddie all across the board. But it isn’t all too surprising, considering that he was the one who came up with the concepts for the band name and logo, so it’s pretty much an extension of him. Freddie had never publicly announced what the band name actually means, because he preferred to let listeners come up with their own interpretations of what it could mean, and the same thing with the logo and his songs as well. He preferred to leave everything as open-ended with so much room for interpretation as possible, which to me points to a preference for high Ne—specifically Ne as a dominant function.
